This hand-harvested, 100% pure, Grade-A Michigan Maple Syrup is selected specially selected old growth, natural maple trees, then aged in micro-batches using 7-year Ember Craft Bourbon Barrels.
Oakwood Smoked Soy Sauce: Non-GMO Yamato Soy sourced in Kanazawa, Japan from a 250-year-old small production family business, then imported to slowly smoke in oak wood and age in our bourbon maple syrup barrels. This non-GMO soy brings irresistible flavor notes of chocolate, cocoa, vanilla, spice and Kentucky oak.
Beer Barrel-Aged Hot Sauce: A secret blend of three premium chilies; Chipotle, Arbol and Cayenne, aged in bourbon barrels, which previously contained Ember Craft 7yr Bourbon, our hand-harvested Maple Syrup and craft beer from Beer City USA.
